She is curator and director of the MAK Center for Art and Architecture. Her research is focused on the production of models in postwar architectural practices.

Frederick Tang Architecture is a boutique architecture and design practice based in the Old American Can Factory in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The ten-person studio provides a full array of architectural and design services from early programming and conceptualization through architectural and interior design, permitting, bidding, and construction phase services. SCHAUM/SHIEH is a small architectural collaboration operating between Houston, TX and New York City. Rosalyne Shieh and Troy Schaum established SCHAUM/SHIEH in 2009 around overlapping interests in art, form, and the city, and have developed a dialogue through projects ranging from buildings and installations to speculative projects and unsolicited urban plans. The practice has a particular interest in the city at the scale of the building, both as a site of theoretical experimentation and as a reality that may be transformed through building. SCHAUM/SHIEH was a finalist in the 2017 MoMA PS1 Young Architects Program, a winner of the 2016 New Practices New York by the AIA, and named one of the 2019 Emerging Voices by the Architectural League of New York.
